Vladimir Spivakov and the NPR to Perform at the Closing of the “Stars on Baikal” Festival

Vladimir Spivakov and the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia will open the new concert season with a tour of Irkutsk, where they have the honor of closing the 21st International “Stars on Baikal” Festival. On September 15–17, the orchestra and Maestro Spivakov will give three concerts at the N. M. Zagursky Irkutsk Regional Musical Theatre, joined by renowned soloists: Denis Matsuev (piano), Artistic Director of the “Stars on Baikal” Festival, and acclaimed opera star Khibla Gerzmava (soprano).
