Alina Litvinova graduated from the grammar school and college at Krasnoyarsk State Music and Dance Academy and the P.I.Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory followed by assistantship-internship there (Professor Eduard Grach's classes).
She has got awards at several international competitions including the Delphic Games in Russia and Europe, the E.A. Mravinsky International Competition, the A.K. Musakhodzhaeva International Violin Competition in Astana, North Violin, Dedication To Prokofiev and the E.D. Grach International Violin Competition.
In 2020-2015 she had been a soloist and artist of the Krasnoyarsk Chamber Orchestra (since 2013 the concertmaster of the collective), in 2016-2018 the concertmaster of the Moscovia Chamber Orchestra directed by E.D.Grach.
She has toured in Russia, Israel, China, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Uzbekistan, and the UAE. As a soloist, she has played with the Moscovia Chamber Orchestra, the Krasnoyarsk Chamber and Symphony Orchestras, the Kharbin Symphony Orchestra, the Tel-Aviv Soloists Chamber Orchestra, the Odessa Opera Theatre Orchestra, the Moscow Symphony Orchestra for Children and Youth. She took part in concert programs of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation and the I.N.Voronova New Names Foundation.
Since 2022, she has been an artist of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.
Since 2025 – the first violin of the M.I.Glinka State String Quartet.
