Irina Dogueva

Irina Dogueva graduated from the V.A. Bosikov Higher School of Music of the Sakha Republic, Yakutia (2003, Valery Beliaev's classes) and the Gnessins Russian Music Academy (2008, Professor Ivan Mozgovenko's classes).

She took part in masterclasses by Sabina Maier, Philipp Cooper, Victor Kulyka, Jacques Di Donato, Karl-Heinz Steffens.

She has got awards at such international contests as the E.A. Mravinsky Competition (Saint-Petersburg, 1998), Symphony (Volgograd, 2000), New Names (2000, Moscow). In 2001, she won the Grand Prix of the E.A.Mravinsky International Competition in the Woodwind Quintet nomination (Saint Petersburg, 2001).

In 2006-2007 thanks to the support of the M.L.Rostropovich Foundation, she got the possibility of scholarship with Professor Michel Arrignon in the Paris Conservatory. She has participated in concerts of the M.L. Rostropovich Foundation in Russia, France, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, and Greece. She has performed at European clarinet festivals in Italy (2019) and Hungary (2021), and at the International Clarinet Festival in Shanghai (China, 2025)

In 1999-2003, she had been an artist of the orchestra of the Sakha State Opera and Ballet Theatre (Yakutsk). In 2008-2025 – the soloist-regulator of the clarinet section in the Russian Philharmonia Moscow Symphony Orchestra. Since 2025, she has been the second concertmaster of the clarinet section in the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.

She was distinguished in the Sakha Republic as the outstanding worker of culture. She also founded the “Tuning Fork” non-commercial entity and organized several festivals of classical music in Yakutia.
