Irina Garevskikh was born in Sarapul (Udmurtia). She graduated with a gold medal from the Special Grammar School at the Kazan Conservatory (Pyotr Kaplunovsky’s classes) and with distinction from N.G.Zhiganov Kazan State Conservatory (Professor Boris Kaplun’s classes).
She worked in the Tatarstan State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the Salikh Saydashev Nizhnekamsk Music College, the Musica Viva Moscow Chamber Orchestra (soloist and the concertmaster of second violins).
Since 2003 — an artist of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.
