Maria Isayeva graduated in 2011 from the Republic Special Academic Lyceum named after V.A. Uspensky in Tashkent, then in 2015 - the Uzbekistan State Conservatory (Dilber Abdullayeva's classes) and in 2025 got a Master Degree at the Moscow State Instutute of Culture (Svetlana Stepchenko’s classes). She has participated in master classes by Yury Gandelsman and Svetlana Stepchenko.
During her school years, she used to take part in the Melodies of the Orient International Festival supported by UNESCO as the concertmaster of the viola section in orchestral and ensemble performances.
She is a laureate of the Republic Competitions of Colleges in Samarkand (2nd Prize, 2011), the 17th International Shabyt Youth Festival in Astana (Grand Pris for the Zebo Quartet, 2014).
In 2019, she participated in the New Opera World Laboratory.
She is co-working with the Art Incognito Chamber Orchestra.
In 2011-2014 she was a member of the Uzbekistan Soloists Chamber Orchestra (the concertmaster of the viola section), in 2014-2017 - soloist and second concertmaster of the viola section in the Turkestan Chamber Orchestra, while in 2017-2023 she was the second concertmaster of the viola section in Uzbekistan State Symphony Orchestra. Since 2024 – an artist of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.
