Sofia Vlasova was born in 2005 in Balashikha (Moscow Region). She attended Vladimir Melnikov’s Classes at Balashikha Children Woodwind Music School No.2. (at present Children Arts School No.2). In 2024, she graduated from the Academic Music College at the P.I.Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (Andrei Kuznetsov’s classes) and continued her education in the Conservatory (Valery Zhavoronkov’s classes).
She is a First Degree laureate of the Yu.N.Dolzhikov International Competition-Festival for woodwind and percussion performers (2020).
Since 2022, she is an artist of the All-Russia Youth Symphony Orchestra directed by Yury Bashmet. In 2025, she joined the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia.
