Vladimir Spivakov and his colleagues have sent a letter to the French Ambassador

Maestro Vladimir Spivakov, Georgy Ageev, Director of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, Grigory Kovalevsky, Director of the "Moscow Virtuosi" Chamber Orchestra and Ekaterina Shirman, Executive Director of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation, have sent an official letter to Mister Jean-Maurice Ripert, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of France to Russia, with the words of encouragement to the Parisians victims of the terrorist attacks in the night from 13 to 14 November. The address reads, in particular, : "Our hearts are filled with deep compassion and pain. We express our heartfelt condolences on the tragic events, that occurred in Paris, to the friendly people of France. A series of unprecedented barbaric terrorist acts with many people killed was a villainous crime against humanity. Conveying our sympathy to the bereaved families and wishing a soon recovery to the injured, we believe that the brutality of the terrorists will not be left unpunished. We are convinced that in order to oppose evil and injustice Russia and France, the entire world community, should be united. One's sorrow is everyone's sorrow. In these mournful days we are with you. " The address was also supported by the musicians of the NPR and the "Moscow Virtuosi".
