Pavel Toropygin, the Executive Director of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, for his services aimed at the development of culture and mass-media and his long-time productive activities. The Certificate was handed to Mr Toropygin at the Festive Ceremony held on the occasion of "The Day of Cultural Workers" at the Bolshoi Theatre on March 25, 2016.
