2020/21 Season Subscription Series

The Moscow Philharmonic Society and the Moscow International Performing Arts Center have started the sales of subscription tickets for the 2020/21 season. The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia offers as usual its own subscription series at its “home” venue, the Svetlanov Hall of the MIPAC, and at the main Philharmonic stage, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. In addition, the NPR will take part in several assembled MGAF subscriptions, shown in the list below.

Subscription series of the NPR: 2019/2020

On February 1, the Moscow Philharmonic Society and the Moscow International Performing Arts Center have started sales of subscription tickets for the 2019/2020 concert season. As usual the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia  offers  its own concert series in the main Philharmonic halls and also at its "home" venue – the Svetlanov Hall of the MIPAC. In addition, the NPR again takes part in the Philharmonic assorted subscriptions given in the list below.

The only subscription series of the Orchestra in the Moscow International Performing Arts Center is connected with Beethoven's 250th birth anniversary which will be widely celebrated all over the world in 2020. Soloists from different countries – violinist Daniel Lozakovich (Sweden), pianists John Lill (UK), Alexander Romanovsky (Ukraine – Italy) and Russian Anna Tsybuleva will take part in four programs of the Beethoven-250 cycle. The Violin and all the Piano Concertos of the Viennese classic, as well as two symphonies and the  overture Die Weihe des Hauses (Consecration of the House) will be performed.

The pallet of the Philharmonic series is lavish and varied. In the new season, the NPR will traditionally have two own subscriptions at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall (Nos. 21-22, the latter includes matinee concerts for family visits with programs aimed at the widest audience), as well as a subscription in the  Rachmaninoff Concert Hall at the “Philharmonic-2” Complex (No. 99).

In a number of popular Philharmonic series, which include concerts with the NPR's participation, there are  subscriptions dedicated to  masterpieces of world music and outstanding performers: “Vocal Evenings” (No. 10), “The Great Piano Concerti” (No. 37, Tchaikovsky Hall), “Great Instrumental Concerti”(No. 43, Tchaikovsky Hall),“Musical Tops ”(No. 73, Tchaikovsky Conservatoire Great Hall), etc.

The concerts will feature the NPR's Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Vladimir Spivakov, conductors Alexander Vedernikov, Stanislav Kochanovsky, Gabriel Bebeșelea (Romania), Dimitris Botinis, Alexander Soloviev, Rani Calderon (Israel), baritone Matthias Goerne (Germany), soprano Nadezhda Gulitskaya, pianists Pierre-Laurent Aimard (France), Boris Berezovsky, Dmitry Masleev, Philipp Kopachevsky, Timofey Vladimirov, Ivan Bessonov, cellist Alexander Ramm, jazz trumpeter Vadim Eilenkrig. A special program will present conductors-interns of the NPR's Trainee Project.

NPR subscription series at the Moscow Philharmonic Society

The Moscow Philharmonic Society has commenced the sales of 2018/2019 season subscription tickets. The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia always participates in the Society's various projects, and also holds its own subscription series under the Society's auspices. In the new season, the NPR will have two subscription series at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, namely No. 19 and No. 20, the latter including family concerts with programs addressed to a wider audience, as well as subscription series No. 93 at the Rachmaninoff Concert Hall ("Philharmonia-2").

In addition, the NPR takes part in the Philharmonic Society's other subscriptions at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory and the Rachmaninoff Concert Hall, such as popular series dedicated to masterpieces of the world musical art: "Romantic Concertos" (No. 99), "Great Piano Concertos" (No. 33), "Musical Achievements" (No. 67), etc.

The concerts will feature Vladimir Spivakov, the NPR's Artistic Director and Principal Conductor, conductors Ken-David Masur (Germany-USA), Stanislav Kochanovsky, Pierre Bleuse (France, his debut with NPR), Gabriel Bebeșelea (Romania), Dimitris Botinis, Alexander Soloviev, Mihhail Gerts (Estonia). Among the soloists there will be pianists Pierre-Laurent Aimard (France), Philipp Kopachevsky, Andrei Gugnin, Zlata Chochieva, baritone Vasily Ladyuk, soprano Nadezhda Gulitskaya, cellist Alexander Ramm and others.

NPR subscription series at the Moscow Philharmonic Society

The Moscow Philharmonic Society has started ticket sales for the 2017/2018 Concert Season. The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia participates annually in various projects of the Philharmonic Society and also carries out its own subscriptions series under the Society's auspices. In the new season the NPR will present two subscription series at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall (Nos. 16-17), the second of which includes matinee concerts for family visits with programmes addressed to the widest audience possible. In addition, the NPR annually takes part in the Philharmonic Society's assorted concert cycles at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory and the Rachmaninoff Concert Hall in the "Philharmonia-2" Complex. They include popular subscriptions series devoted to masterpieces of the world musical art, such as «Romantic Сoncerti» (No. 33, No. 97), «Great Piano Concerts» (No. 6, No. 30), «Musical Peaks» (No. 59), and others. Among the participants of these series there are the NPR's Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Vladimir Spivakov, the "Novaya Opera" Chief Conductor Jan Latham-Koenig, Chinese maestro Li Biao, young conductors (including the NPR's trainee group members) rapidly gaining popularity and professional repute – Stanislaw Kochanovsky, Konstantin Khvatynets, Alexander Solovyev, Alexey Vereshchagin, Philipp Chizhevsky. Among the soloists there are world-famous pianists Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Boris Berezovsky, new stars of the Russian performing arts Ekaterina Mechetina, Nikita Borisoglebsky, Sergey Antonov (the partnership of these three musicians counts 10 years, and they will celebrate the anniversary by playing Beethoven's Triple Concerto), Alexander Buzlov, Alexander Ramm, Dmitry Shishkin, Philipp Kopachevsky, Aylen Pritchin, Lukas Geniušas, as well as the winners of the last season television project "Grand Opera" Ksenya Nesterenko and Tigran Ohanyan. MIPAC’s Subscription Series of the NPR

The Moscow International Performing Arts Center, which invariably remains the main concert venue for the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, its rehearsal base and producing partner, has started on March 1, 2016, the sales of subscription tickets for Concert Season 2016/2017. The NPR subscription series at the Moscow Philharmonic Society

The Moscow Philharmonic Society has started sales for the subscription series of Season 2016/2017. Every year the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia actively collaborates with the Philharmonic Society, one of the oldest concert organizations of Russia. Year by year the Philharmonic Society has been extending its capacity, and its cooperation with the NPR has been widened, becoming more productive. The Orchestra participates in various Philharmonic projects and also arranges its own subscription series under the auspices of the Moscow Philharmonic Society, which is a measure of prestige and high reputation for any creative entity.
